Blanket orders: Blanket orders with release dates in excess of 60 days from time of order are subject to the price increase that may occur during the span of the order completion, unless otherwise specified and agreed to in writing by Pearce Plastics, Inc.
Pearce Plastics, Inc. in-house testing laboratories are available.
Color Variations: Colors may vary up to one delta in either direction due to differences in materials, pigments, molding conditions and other variables.
Ship Dates: Estimated ship dates are not promises of delivery unless specified in writing by Pearce Plastics, Inc. at the time the order is placed. The estimated ship date is based upon normal production expectations.
Product Compatibility: Pearce Plastics, Inc. assumes no responsibility for product compatibility. Customers are advised to perform compatibility, fill and decoration testing of Pearce Plastics’ products with any processes, chemicals, bottles, seals, and any other materials that may constitute a completed package. This testing should be performed before an order is placed.
Over-runs and Under-runs: Due to varying case counts and other manufacturing variables, actual shipped quantities may vary. Ordered quantities may vary by +/- 10%.
